Our menu is based on the traditional Greek-Mediterranean Cuisine. Our chef offers to you tastes of very old recipes which are prepared with authentic products chosen with care, like extra-virgin olive oil and more. We don’t use artificial products. All recipes are home-made with fresh vegetables, controlled beef, pork and lamb meat, fresh fish and seafood. This way we guarantee you the original taste of the Greek Cuisine.
Our menu gives you a wide choice of Greek recipes with meat, fish, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free en vegan. Also the children have a menu in order that they can choose something they like. This way The Olive Tree restaurant offers every one something they like out of the Greek-Mediterranean Cuisine.

About Bruges

Bruges, known as "the Venice of the North" is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Bruges' history (including its most recent past) has made the town what it is today: a jewel in the crown of beautiful architecture and a town tailored to the needs of the individual. It is a wonderful place to live and a haven for tourists in need of a stimulating, yet relaxing break. It is hardly surprising that in recent decades this town has worked its way up to become Belgium's best-know tourist centre. To attract between 3 and 4 million visitors is quite an achievement! The most important building is without doubt "The Belfry"! It is not a church, nor it is a Town Hall, but a symbol of freedom and wealth. The belfry can be seen as the symbol of the town. 366 steps leads you to the top for a breathtaking panoramic view of the Old Town and its canals.
